FTPI aims to be a company where employees and executives are united towards satisfying customer needs.
FTPI was established in April 2012 and operations began in April 2014.
We have a factory with 10,000m2 in the Jababeka Industrial Estate,located
roughly 40km east of Jakarta.
We produce a wide range of components made of steel tubes and
other steel materials,such as bosses,bushes,steering axles,cylinder tubes etc.
Our products are used in heavy machinery, two-wheeled and
four-wheeled vehicles and civil engineering and infrastructure applications.
Japanese-standard quality and human resource development
Some members among the local staff at FTPI engage in technical training for a certain period of time at a Fusoh Steel Tubes Group facility in Japan, where they learn about such subjects as quality and safety management, lathe machining techniques, the Japanese language, and Japanese customs and culture.
After their training, they will go home and rejoin FTPI as skilled workers and highly capable leaders. There they will help our Japanese customers' business in the region as they reflect Japanese standards with respect to quality, delivery time, and a sense of responsibility.
FTPI also provides frequent opportunities for employee exchange after they return. This includes opportunities to go back to Japan and train for staff who wish to acquire even more advanced skills in production management or quality management.
